Thanks to the Arbor Day 2013 Tournament participants, funds were raised to purchase seven new hardwood trees. Three Red Maples, two Zelkovas and two Willow Oaks were planted on holes #5, 7, 8, 9, and between 13 and 15. Keep an eye out for the the tags, shown below, which will be installed to identify the new trees.
With the eleven trees funded by the 2012 Arbor Day Tournament, we are at 18 new hardwood trees in just two years! Granted, the trees are not very big yet but they are an investment in the future, well done.
