PAR 3 TEES & #16 FAIRWAY

Your new tees and fairway are almost ready for use.  The sod has rooted down nicely and they look great.  As is common with new construction, a little firming and smoothing is still needed.  To aid in the smoothing, we applied a generous topdressing of sand to the tees last week. To further firm and smooth the surface, we rented a one ton asphalt roller on Monday.
