RENOVATION UPDATE - 10/20/14

Last week was nearly a wash out with over 2" of rain but the crew persevered through the weekend and have nearly completed the rough grading.  It is difficult to see from the pictures but the fairway is not flat any longer.  The high point, about 200 yards out from the green, was raised 4 1/2 feet. The entire hole has at least a 2% grade to move water to one of the 11 new drain "basins".

Now that the sod farms have dried out enough to harvest sod, the crew has shifted their attention to laying the Fescue sod around the new tee complexes but, if the weather cooperates, plan to be back to work on #16 by Wednesday.  If all goes well, we may be ready to lay sod on #16 by mid/late next week.
