Virginia Waters and Wetlands has made excellent progress over the last few weeks on the spillway rip rap project. As of this afternoon the rough grading/shaping has been completed and about 50% of the rip rap has been installed. If all goes as planned, and the weather continues to cooperate, we hope to have all of the stone installed in the couple of weeks.
The images below are sequential starting with the delivery of the first piece of machinery and the last being taken today.
